Install Sauna Log on the paired iPhone, then check the Watch app on iPhone under Available Apps. Keep both devices nearby and unlocked while installing.

Sauna Log should stay out of the way. If your Watch is not installing, Health permissions are unclear, or a purchase is not showing, we can help.
Missing heart rate?
Open Health permissions from Sauna Log settings and allow the requested heart-rate and workout access. A snug Watch fit improves readings.
Unlock not showing?
Open Support in the iPhone app and use Restore Purchase or Sync Unlock to Watch. If the Watch says Unlock on iPhone, refresh the state from the phone.
